  • The transaction reference

No credit card data or bank account details are permanently stored.

3.4 Documents in the Upload Portal

In the protected document portal, you upload personal documents, including:

  • Passport copies
  • Proof of income and bank statements
  • Insurance policies
  • Police clearance certificates
  • Investment documentation
  • Other documents required for the LTR application

These documents contain sensitive personal data. Processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of the LTR visa application.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Provision and improvement of our website
  • Responding to your enquiries via the contact form
  • Conducting LTR visa consultation and application
  • Payment processing via bank transfer
  • Communication with Thai authorities (BOI, Immigration) on your behalf

  • Contract performance: Your registration, payment and uploading of documents are necessary for the performance of our service.
  • Legitimate interest: Analysis of website usage to improve our services.

This disclosure is based on your mandate and is mandatory for the LTR visa application.

6.2 Cloud Storage

Your uploaded documents are stored on an encrypted Nextcloud cloud storage. Details on technical security can be found in our Data Protection Policy.

Beyond the above, we do not disclose your data to third parties and we do not sell or rent your data.

7. Cookies and Tracking

7.1 Technically Necessary Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies for:

  • Session management (login status in the document portal)
  • Language settings
  • CSRF protection (security)

These cookies are essential for the operation of the website and cannot be disabled.

We use Matomo (formerly Piwik) as a self-hosted web analytics solution. With your consent, Matomo sets cookies to help us analyse website usage:

  • Official correspondence: 5 years after completion of the engagement

Upon expiry of the respective retention period, your data will be automatically and irrevocably deleted. You may request early deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).
