Requirements
- Minimum age: 50 years
- Passive income of at least USD 80,000/year (pension, dividends, rental income, capital gains)
- Or: at least USD 40,000/year + investment of at least USD 250,000 in Thailand
- Health insurance with at least USD 50,000 coverage or bank balance of USD 100,000
- Police clearance certificate without entries
Tax Advantage
Complete exemption on all foreign income – no income tax on pensions, dividends, rental income, or capital gains.
Wealthy Global Citizens
Affluent global citizens – for investors and wealthy individuals aged 20 and over.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 20 years
- Global assets of at least USD 1,000,000
- Investment in Thailand of at least USD 500,000 (government bonds, company shares, or real estate)
- Investment must have been made prior to application

Tax Advantage

Dependents – Spouses and Children
Spouses and children under 20 years of LTR visa holders can apply for a Dependent Visa. Maximum 4 dependents per LTR holder. Same-sex marriages are recognized since the Thai legislative amendment.
