Requirements
- •Minimum age: 50 years
- •Passive income of at least USD 80,000/year (pension, dividends, rental income, capital gains)
- •Or: at least USD 40,000/year + investment of at least USD 250,000 in Thailand
- •Health insurance with at least USD 50,000 coverage or bank balance of USD 100,000
- •Police clearance certificate without entries
Tax Advantage
Complete exemption on all foreign income – no income tax on pensions, dividends, rental income, or capital gains.
Wealthy Global Citizens
Affluent global citizens – for investors and wealthy individuals aged 20 and over.
Requirements
- •Minimum age: 20 years
- •Global assets of at least USD 1,000,000
- •Investment in Thailand of at least USD 500,000 (government bonds, company shares, or real estate)
